SHIPPING INFO
Orders are shipped out on Mondays or Tuesdays. Order by Saturday 11:59 PM to make the following shipment date. We ship our orders through USPS, and you will typically receive your order within 1 week of the ship date. Please note that USPS may experience delays due to weather or other external factors, and only Priority Express (1-2 days transit) is guaranteed. For this reason, we recommend ordering 2-3 weeks before you need your items. Free shipping is available for orders $50+.
WRONG ADDRESS
Shipping labels are printed with the address provided at checkout. If you have provided an incorrect address, you may contact USPS to have the package rerouted to you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds for packages sent to the wrong address as it is not a mistake on our end. If the package is automatically returned to us by USPS, we will be happy to send you a replacement for additional shipping cost.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If you selected USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express shipping and suspect your package may be lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS directly. Priority packages are insured up to $50 and Priority Express packages are insured up to $100. More information on filing a claim can be found here. Once your claim has been processed by USPS and you received the insurance payout, you may contact us for a replacement or a refund for the remaining value of your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a replacement, refund, or store credit until you have filed and completed the claim with USPS.
We are not responsible for orders that arrive late as a result of shipping delays. See USPS FAQs on delayed or late packages here. If your package arrived late and you have selected USPS Priority Express shipping (guaranteed 1-2 days transit time) at checkout, please follow the steps above to file a claim.
If you selected standard shipping at checkout and your package is lost in transit, please file a claim with USPS here. Unfortunately, packages shipped with First Class Mail or USPS Ground Advantage are not insured. However, once USPS has confirmed your package is lost, we will be happy to issue you store credit (minus shipping cost) or a replacement for additional shipping cost.
